Celebrating over a decade of excellence in 2026, East Sussex Dance Studios (ESDS) continues to set the benchmark for exceptional training, making it one of the top dance schools in East Sussex. Founded in 2014 by ex-professional performer Jenna Crescenzo, our studio has evolved into the ultimate place to train.
At ESDS, our teaching faculty is exceptionally qualified. Every single one of our teachers is highly trained and possesses firsthand experience working within the professional dance industry. While all of our staff come from professional backgrounds, some of our current teachers are still actively performing in London’s West End and the commercial industry today, bringing cutting-edge trends and real-time stage standards straight into our classrooms.

- The Recreational Path: For hobby children who want to come once a week, make lifelong friends, build confidence, and have a wonderful time in a high-energy environment.
- The Career Path: For dedicated dancers aiming for the professional stage. We provide intensive, elite-level training and conditioning designed to help them build a lasting career in the performing arts.

- Team England Representatives: We are delighted to be representing Team England at the Dance World Cup for the fifth year in a row, proudly following our previous record of bringing home a gold, a silver, and a bronze medal.
- All England Finalists: In an absolutely wonderful and amazing moment for our studio, ESDS dancers have qualified as finalists for the prestigious All England Finals right here in Eastbourne this July 2026. [1]

Comprehensive Classes (Ages Walking to 18+)
We provide first-class training in an extensive range of disciplines:
- Technical Roots: Ballet, Tap, Modern, Contemporary, and Pointe Work.
- Commercial & Stage: Lyrical, Street, Commercial, and Musical Theatre.
- Fitness & Technique: Acro, Flex and Stretch.
- Pre-School (Walking+): Structured yet relaxed 30-minute classes designed to nurture a toddler’s natural rhythm and coordination.
